Right to cancel (EU customers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.

Returns

Once you've told us you wish to cancel, please return the item within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

We will refund your payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof that you've sent it back — whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item, and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-EU customers

Customers outside the EU may be subject to different return terms; contact us and we'll do our best to help.
